How to request deletion

Use the developer contact information provided on the Google Play listing or in the app’s support section. Include the email/account used in the app and a short note requesting data deletion.

What can be deleted

  • Account-linked app data where available.
  • Trusted-device pairing records where available.
  • Recovery settings stored for app features where available.

What may remain

Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform processing. Google Play purchase history is managed by Google Play.

Before requesting deletion

Remove trusted devices inside the app where possible, stop active protection features, and ensure you have access to the account you want to remove.
