Map is not showing location

Confirm location permission is allowed, location is enabled on the device, and the phone has network/GPS access. Some location features depend on device settings and availability.

Alarm is not playing

Check media volume, notification permission, battery restrictions, and whether the active protection or ring action was started correctly.

Clap to Find setup

Grant microphone permission only when using Clap to Find. The feature should show a visible notification while listening.

Trusted-device pairing

Pair only devices you own or are allowed to manage. QR codes and pairing sessions should be shared only with trusted devices.
